Mr.Safari Fungo (Short bio):-

Safari is an astute International Trade and Quality Infrastructure Specialist with working experience at the National, Regional, and International levels, offering around 15 years of the breadth of knowledge and experience in Research, Trade Facilitation and Policy, Market Access, International Trade, Regional Integration, Standardization, Quality Infrastructure, Technical Regulation, Strategic Management and Conformity Assessment with strong knowledge in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. Demonstrable experience in Quantitative and Qualitative Data Collection, Market Analysis, Trade Flow Analysis and Statistical Analysis. Hands-on experience in working and coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders both in the public and private sectors, including Regional and International Bodies such as EAC, SADC, ARSO, ISO, and IEC. Conversant with regional trade context and integration process gained through active involvement in the Technical Assistance to SMEs, Importers and Exporters on accessing regional markets. Demonstrated ability to organize and lead project-wide activities, including negotiating technical priorities and creating evidence and tools to support the project and program implementation. Highly motivated professional with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team management experience. Combine excellent organization acumen to manage and coordinate tasks and teams to deliver results.
